Why pet hair costs more
Pet hair isn’t ‘extra vacuuming.’ It embeds into carpet fibers and seat stitching. Removing it is labor-intensive.
The more embedded the hair, the more passes and tools are required (brushes, air, specialty removal tools).
Odor reality check
Odor removal depends on the source: food, smoke, pet urine, mildew, etc.
We can often reduce or eliminate odors, but severe contamination may require multiple steps or follow-up visits.
